KAJIAN STRUKTURAL : ANALISIS STRUKTUR FISIK DAN STRUKTUR BATIN PUISI TAHANAN KARYA W.S RENDRA

Abstract

Literature is a work of art that has a fictitious nature, giving expressions about reality indirectly and does not require the reader to act directly. Understanding a literary work is a complex task because its meaning is often hidden and has multiple meanings. Therefore, to understand a poem properly and correctly, structural studies are needed. This study aims to describe the poem "Prisoner" by W.S Rendra by describing the physical structure and inner structure of the poem. In this study, a descriptive method was used with the approach used is structural analysis, also known as an objective, formal, or analytical approach. The source of the data used in this study was the poem "Prisoner" by W.S Rendra. From the results and discussions that have been analyzed in the poem "Prisoner" by W.S Rendra has a physical structure that describes the content of the poem through analysis of diction, image, language style / majas, rhyme, rhythm and typography.
