PENGARUH PELAKSANAAN MENTORING LINGKAR STUDI PEKANAN TERHAAP KARAKTER KEBHINEKAAN GLOBAL MAHASISWA FKIP UNTIRTA

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of weekly study circle mentoring as a
platform for character development on the global diversity character of FKIP
Untirta students. It employs a quantitative method with a descriptive technique,
and the research population consists of FKIP Untirta students from the 2023
cohort who have completed the LSP program, with samples taken using simple
random sampling. The results indicate that there is a significant effect between the
weekly study circle mentoring and the global diversity character, with a
significance level of 0.001 < 0.05, meaning there is an effect of variable X on
variable Y. The t-value of 5.175 > t-table of 1.661 indicates a positive effect. The
coefficient of determination (r square) shows a result of 0.225, indicating that the
effect of implementing weekly study circle mentoring on students diversity
character is 22.5%. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a positive effect of
implementing weekly study circle mentoring (X) on the global diversity character of
FKIP Untirta students..
