PENGARUH DISIPLIN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN DI PT NHCH

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and occupational safety on employee productivity at PT NHCH. The background of this research is based on the importance of human resources in supporting manufacturing activities, where employee discipline and workplace safety are important factors affecting productivity. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research method and a survey approach. The population in this study consists of production employees at PT NHCH, with a sample of 93 respondents selected using a probability sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using IBM SPSS. The data analysis techniques included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Occupational safety also has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Furthermore, work discipline and occupational safety simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. These findings indicate that improving employee discipline and implementing effective occupational safety practices can support a safer work environment, increase work effectiveness, and improve employee productivity at PT NHCH.
