PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN DI PT TMS INDONESIA

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment and workload on employee productivity at PT TMS INDONESIA. The research employed a quantitative method with descriptive and associative approaches. A total of 80 respondents were selected using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that both the work environment and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, both partially and simultaneously. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.612 indicates that these two variables explain 61.2% of the variation in employee productivity, while the remaining 38.8% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Therefore, improving the quality of the work environment and implementing appropriate workload management can help enhance employee productivity at PT TMS INDONESIA.
